Jordan Taradash


Jordan Taradash is the President of Innovative Wellness Solutions. He holds a BS in finance from The Pennsylvania State University, and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Pittsburgh. Jordan’s primary role is to craft a coherent vision that meets the needs and goals of all of IWS’ stakeholders. “Our customers are people; groups of people that make up organizations, individuals trying to live a balanced and healthy life and our Wellness Engineers striving to fulfill their life’s mission to enable all of those people to succeed.”

M. Kaye Kramer

Chief Scientific Officer

As the Director of the Diabetes Prevention Support Center and Assistant Professor of Public Health Practice in the Graduate School of Public Health at the University of Pittsburgh, Dr. Kramer’s work focused on translational research; specifically implementing and evaluating an adaptation of the lifestyle intervention shown to be effective in a large National Institutes of Health (NIH) funded clinical research trial, the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP). Prior to directing the DPSC, Dr. Kramer was a member the original University of Pittsburgh DPP team for over six years, as well as the National Program Coordinator Co-Chair and a member of the national DPP Protocol Oversight Program.


Julie Frischkorn

Julie Frischkorn, MSW, LCSW, is the founder of The Pittsburgh Wellness Collective, a group of independent practitioners in a unique physical space who share a collaborative approach to psychotherapy through integrating practices of mind and body. Julie earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston College and is a Certified Yoga Teacher through Third Street Yoga. She became interested in integrative practices through working with clients healing from chronic trauma. Julie has been teaching and training in classrooms, non-profits, and corporations throughout the Pittsburgh area for the past 15 years. Julie is thrilled to be collaborating with Innovative Wellness Solutions to bring Mindfulness practices to a wider audience. Stepping out of the office has allowed Julie to build community partnerships, de-stigmatize mental health services, and provide wider access to resources for emotional wellbeing.

Brad Ummer

Director of Information Technology

Brad has been involved in creating solutions for the healthcare market for more than 15 years. He has experience developing secure (HIPAA-compliant) software platforms for national organizations as well as motivated start-ups. His background includes launching and operating systems users by hundreds of thousands of users, patients, and caregivers. Brad ensures that the vision and experience of the IWS team is implemented through modern technology. Brad received a BS in engineering from Duke University.
